Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Executive to handle digital marketing, physical marketing, seminars, residential apartment marketing, lead generation, and support the sales team. The ideal candidate will execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate quality leads, and boost customer engagement in the catering industry. This is a contract position (fully remote) with travel within the city required. The position can be converted to full-time based on performance. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and early-career professionals to grow in the marketing field.
Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing: Execute digital marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM, social media marketing (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), email marketing, and content marketing to increase online presence and brand awareness

Physical Marketing: Conduct on-ground marketing activities including distributing flyers, brochures, and promotional materials at strategic locations to reach potential customers

Seminars: Organize and participate in marketing seminars, workshops, and presentations to showcase GoCaters' services and build brand credibility

Residential Apartment Marketing: Execute targeted marketing campaigns in residential apartments, including door-to-door visits, community events, and apartment association partnerships to reach families and event organizers

Lead Generation: Generate quality leads through various marketing channels, maintain lead databases, and ensure proper follow-up to convert prospects into potential customers

Support Sales Team: Collaborate closely with the sales team by providing marketing materials, lead information, and marketing support to help them close deals and achieve sales targets

Create engaging content for website, social media platforms, and marketing materials

Track marketing metrics, prepare reports, and analyze campaign performance
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field

0-3 years of experience in marketing (freshers welcome). Experience in F&B, hospitality, or catering industry is a plus

Basic understanding of digital marketing including social media marketing, content creation, and SEO

Familiarity with marketing tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.) is preferred but not mandatory

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and local languages

Creative thinking with enthusiasm to learn and contribute to marketing campaigns

Good organizational skills with ability to handle multiple tasks

Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
